Deliveries
All orders over £500 qualify for free UK delivery. Please enter the code FREESHIPPING when you checkout. Given the size of fence components, most items will be sent on a pallet to ensure they are delivered safely. Pallet orders are to the kerbside only, this is stipulated by our carriers.
Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm your order and provide delivery information. We aim to delivery most orders within five working days. Bespoke items will take longer and we will contact you to advise you of a delivery time frame and set out options to you. Please contact us before placing your order if the time frame is critical to you.
WPC Fences does not accept any liability for any incurred costs due to delays in delivery time frames. We therefore recommend that you do not schedule any workmen until your goods have arrived.
Returns
We hope that you will love your EZfence® as much as we do. We recommend that you obtain a free sample so that you can pick the colour that is right for your project before ordering from us.
In the event you wish to cancel or change your order before your order has been despatched, you can do this at any time by calling us. Once you order has been despatched, we offer a seven day no quibble returns policy. You will, however, be liable for the cost of return. Please contact us for a returns number.
In the event that any of your goods are damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible but in any event within three days. Please include photos of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note, if it is obvious on arrival that any packages have been damaged, please ensure you sign for it as “damaged”.
